Terms of Service

Welcome to Ozecoglu Photography ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website (ozecoglu.com). By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

We provide professional wedding and engagement photography services. Videography and 35mm film photography may be offered as optional add-ons.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Clients may book services via our online appointment link.

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance can be paid anytime before the event.

  • Payments are accepted via major credit cards and Stripe.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • If the client cancels at least 60 days before the scheduled event, a partial refund is issued with the 30% deposit retained.

  • If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the scheduled event, no refund will be issued.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Final edited photos will be delivered within 30 days of the event.

  • All original photos will be made available digitally and backed up during this period.

5. Copyright & Usage

  • Ozecoglu Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images taken.

  • We reserve the right to use photos for promotional purposes including social media, website, portfolio, and advertising.

  • Clients are granted personal rights to print, reproduce, and share their photos for non-commercial use.

6. Travel Fees

  • Services include 70 miles of travel from Chicago free of charge.

  • Beyond this range, a $25 travel fee per 70 miles applies.

7. Additional Services

  • Services such as a second photographer, videographer, and film photography are available at an additional charge.

8. Equipment & Backup

  • We carry backup equipment for all sessions to ensure continued service in the event of technical issues.

  • Ozecoglu Photography is fully insured to operate legally and responsibly.

9. Liability

We are not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, or emergencies. In such events, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide a replacement photographer.
