I’m Arda, a Chicago-based wedding photographer with over 12 years of experience behind the camera. My photography blends a timeless, editorial style with authentic and emotional moments, creating images that feel both refined and true to you.
For me, photography is about more than just taking beautiful photos. I want you to feel comfortable, have fun, and actually enjoy the experience. From the big moments to the little in-between moments, I’m there to document your day naturally and create photographs you’ll love looking back on for years to come.
My approach
My approach is a balance between editorial direction and genuine moments. I’ll help guide you when needed, especially during portraits, while leaving plenty of room for natural interactions and emotions to happen on their own. I focus on clean composition, natural movement, and true-to-life colors to create images that feel polished without feeling overly posed.
My goal is for you to feel comfortable in front of the camera and, most importantly, enjoy your day instead of constantly thinking about the photos.
